BBQ class from a couple weeks ago!
Earlier this week J and K and I continued our personal and professional development by taking a BBQ Basics class at Brooklyn Brainery. It wasn’t so much a BBQ-ing class, but a sauce and marinade crash course. This was even better for me, being that I do not have outdoor space or a grill! Above a sampling of our Chimchurri, Jamaican Jerk and Carolina Mustard sauces .
